Hi, I’m Julie, you may have seen me around the facility as a client! I joined the MSF team after making some major lifestyle changes myself. I have been overweight or obese my entire life, have tried anything and everything to lose weight. It wasn’t until I truly embraced more sustainable changes that I saw lasting results! To date I have lost over 100 pounds and have discovered a passion for weight training and preparing healthy delicious food. My greatest desire is to help other people really change their lives for good! I also truly believe in empowering women through strength training. Personal favorite quote on this “There’s a beast in every woman and it stirs when you put a barbell in her hands”
