Coach Bryan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength Professionals Association. He specializes in Strength and Conditioning of both youth and adult athletes of all sports. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.
Prior to attending the University of Maryland, Bryan served his country in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman where he gained both clinical and field medic experience. He has been a Navy Fitness Leader, Sport Performance coach, and a Strength and Conditioning Intern Coach at the Landon School. He was a high school varsity athlete in baseball and football. Since high school he has competed in powerlifting and weightlifting, and now plays men’s league ice hockey.
Through his experience and education, he is fully focused on guiding athletes to reach their full genetic potential on their path to becoming better athletes. Coach Bryan brings incredible energy to training both novice and elite athletes!

Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland: College Park. Her passion for fitness began with her own powerlifting journey, a sport she competed nationally in while in college. Her background includes work experience with corporate wellness programs, sports performance training, recreational programming, and functional group training classes. Jess's primary goal is to help others achieve their "best life" through a training experience that is individualized, rewarding, and educational.
Jess also specializes in the marketing for MSHP, optimizing the use of her fitness background with her enjoyment of web design, content generation, and graphic projects.
IFC Health Coach
Coach Kaula, pronounced Kayla, is a Certified Personal Training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and an International Coach Federation Health Coach through Health Coach Institute. She is a graduate of Shaw University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training.
Kaula has worked for 2 physical therapy companies, Pivot Physical Therapy and K Conway Physical Therapy, that has allowed her to work with clients from age 12-75 years old to reach goals such as orthopedic rehabilitation, pain management, and sports performance. Kaula started her business, U360 Life and Fitness, in January 2017, which currently teaches busy professionals and athletes how to build new habits that help them reach their nutrition, fitness, and life goals.
Coach Kaula grew up in Chesapeake Beach, MD and graduated from Huntingtown High School. She was a 4 year varsity basketball player who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017. Over her career, she scored over 1600 points and broke a county record for scoring for boys and girls basketball. In college, she assisted her team in winning the CIAA Championship in 2014 with a completely torn ACL that was surgically remodeled soon after.
Through her personal and professional experience and education, Kaula focuses on key habits such as nutrition, sleep, stress, personal fulfillment, and exercise to guide her clients in becoming the best version of themselves. Her ability to create a safe and engaging environment has allowed her clients to feel comfortable and confident enough to push past their old beliefs and doubts.
