Coach Bryan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength Professionals Association. He specializes in Strength and Conditioning of both youth and adult athletes of all sports. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.
Prior to attending the University of Maryland, Bryan served his country in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman where he gained both clinical and field medic experience. He has been a Navy Fitness Leader, Sport Performance coach, and a Strength and Conditioning Intern Coach at the Landon School. He was a high school varsity athlete in baseball and football. Since high school he has competed in powerlifting and weightlifting, and now plays men’s league ice hockey.
Through his experience and education, he is fully focused on guiding athletes to reach their full genetic potential on their path to becoming better athletes. Coach Bryan brings incredible energy to training both novice and elite athletes!

Hi, I’m Jess! My passion includes helping clients achieve the best version of themselves. I am ACE certified and have been a trainer for the past 4 years. My favorite tool in the gym would be the kettle bell. My goal is to change the way an individual thinks about oneself, and to empower my clients to think about what they are doing today and how it will affect the longevity of their health. I want to create a community of other passionate individuals who will help each other in their common goals.

Jess is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland: College Park. Her passion for fitness began with her own powerlifting journey, a sport she competed nationally in while in college. Her background includes work experience with corporate wellness programs, sports performance training, recreational programming, and functional group training classes. Jess's primary goal is to help others achieve their "best life" through a training experience that is individualized, rewarding, and educational.
Jess also specializes in the marketing for MSHP, optimizing the use of her fitness background with her enjoyment of web design, content generation, and graphic projects.
