How does it work?

2. Talk with a coach about your health and fitness goals & complete our client intake form.
3. Choose your package - Basic, Core, or MAX (view details).
4. Your coach will guide you through using the app where your fitness program will be delivered.

Is there a contract?


All packages are month-to-month. You can cancel at anytime with 30-days notice.




Apps confuse me. Do I have to use the app you send me?


No. Your coach will be able to deliver your program through email and spreadsheets if you choose.




What if I don’t like my workouts?


You will remain in constant contact with your trainer to change up programming as needed.
