At MSHP we know nutrition can be a daunting subject for most individuals. We want to help remove some of the stress by providing you with the tools necessary to get your nutrition on the right track.
Through our nutrition coaching, you will work with one of our trainers to establish your nutrition goals. Our trainers will explain the basics of nutrition and macronutrients, giving you the resources you need to create a sustainable lifestyle change. Based on your individual needs and preferences, we will schedule weekly or monthly accountability check-ins to help you stay on track.
