Semi-Private Group Training

This is our premier semi-private membership offering. These classes will focus on strength, balance, power, and conditioning. Classes are limited to a MAXIMUM of 5 people, so that our coaches give you maximum attention through your workout. Our semi-private training packages are designed to promote a healthy lifestyle for any individual through improved movement quality and healthy lifestyle education in a group setting. You will receive a quality and challenging workout geared to improve your individual performance with the support of others who have similar goals.
