How much does training cost?


The cost of training is completely dependent on the right training package for you. Individual needs and lifestyle can greatly impact the recommended frequency and length for your training sessions. What's the minimum age for training?


While we would love to have any person come into our training studio to work with, young and old, we feel that we can effectively train anyone ages 8 to 100+ years old. However, we will offer a child friendly class throughout the year where will have younger athletes join us for group classes.




What does the "No Sweat Intro" include?


Our No Sweat Intro is where we get to know you and you get to know us. It is a 30 minute sit-down session where we discuss your current fitness and nutritional habits. We’ll then dive deep into your health, fitness, and performance goals. And lastly, we discuss how MSHP can help you reach those goals in the shortest amount of time possible.
